  I usually have an ok experience at this HEB Pharmacy location since right by my work and my daughter's doctor, but lately the staff has been rude. I have been patient and nice on the phone, but for two days of arriving at the pharmacy and not getting the meds needed, they haven't provided good customer service. They also promised they would provide a short fill of my prescription and then put it back after I told them I would come in after work the next day. When asked what was going on, the service person had no clue and I had the feeling she didn't want to deal with me. I don't know if it's because the location is so busy and short staffed, but it is rude to sound frustrated and have bad attitudes on the phone. People can hear a smile through the phone.
